1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zettly ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zettly.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws.
  • Submit content that is harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Share content that could identify another person's location without their consent.
  • Circumvent subscription or payment restrictions.

4. Premium subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Profile page; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. AI-generated content

Zettly's assistant responses, briefings, and recommendations are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or out of date. They are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice. Always verify important information with a qualified professional or official source.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the features you use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Zettly reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zettly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create a risk to the Service or other users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes within the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
